News
New Lathe added to keep up with customer demand:
Tri Part Screw Products added a Yama Seiki GS-200YS to its lathe department. The GS-200YS features available live tooling, C-axis, Y-axis and sub-spindle capabilities, which allows the machine to perform multiple tasks on a work piece, such as turning, milling, drilling and tapping. This eliminates the need for secondary operations and improves cycle time.
The 12-station YAMA SEIKI live tooling turret offers 12 stations available for live tooling and features a non-lifting turret disk.
ISA 9001:2008 Surveillance Audit:
Tri Part Screw Products passed its yearly ISP 9001:2008 surveillance audit with no corrective actions reported. The audit was conducted on April 5 & 6, 2011.
